The School Board met for a policy work session.  Notice of the meeting was advertised in the August 27, 2020 edition of The Eagle and an affidavit of publication is located in the Board office.

Robin Novelli, Chief Operating Officer, went over the executive summary.  Following the conclusion, the following items were discussed and changes were made accordingly. Add the word "immediately" in letter C after ...."the Superintendent working with the Department of Health (DOH), may activate this policy...." In item F(C)(1), language will be incorporated from "accessories" portion of the dress code policy instead of the school's dress code for shirts.   Conversation about Item G Face Shield Use ensued.  The result was that the word "supports" will be changed to requires.
