| Discussion This policy is being revised to clarify and update language related to the procedures regarding open enrollment and parental choice and other changes in compliance with applicable Florida law. Particular areas of revision include the following: encompass organizational changes identifying key personnel responsible for the implementation of the policy, update language regarding the McKay Scholarship and transitioning students of military families, and the removal of language related to regional busing. These proposed revisions encompass some suggested language from NEOLA.
