| Discussion Staff is working with Brevard County on a potential joint-use project (to include the District's new transportation facility) on property owned by Brevard County west of Interstate 95 and north of Eau Gallie Boulevard. As part of the District's due diligence analysis of the site, the District's consulting engineer requires access to the property. Brevard County has requested the attached Agreement in order to provide the access requested.
