Discussion

The Superintendent recommends approval of the following non-bargaining salary adjustments:

  1. Non-bargaining employees as approved by the Superintendent will receive a 4.2% salary adjustment effective July 1, 2022, to be distributed over the remaining pay periods for the 2022-23 school year.  Non-bargaining employees qualifying for this increase are those who were eligible for an annual evaluation for the 2021-22 school year and are active the night of Board approval.
  2. Highly effective and Effective Principals and Assistant Principals, as approved by the Superintendent, will receive a salary adjustment effective July 1, 2022, in accordance with the performance pay model (1.0= HE, .75 = E) with the average salary increase of 4.2%.  The salary adjustment will be distributed over the remaining pay periods for the 2022-23 school year.  To qualify for the performance salary increase, the administrator must have received a Summative 2 score based on the 2021-22 school year evaluation and are active the night of Board approval.

 

Recommendation

Approve the 2022-23 salary adjustment for non-bargaining personnel.
