The Superintendent recommends the following schedule for the Board to conduct meetings in 2023:

• Regular meetings to occur the second and fourth Tuesdays in the months of February, April, May, June, August, and October.  In March, the meetings will occur the first and fourth Tuesday due to Spring Break.
• One meeting in the months of January, November and December
• Tentative Budget Hearing to be held July 27, 2023
• Final Public Budget Hearing to be held September 7, 2023

Unless otherwise advertised, meetings will be held at the Educational Services Facility (ESF) located at 2700 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera Fl 32040 and will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Board workshops are tentatively scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on regularly scheduled meeting dates.  Subjects will vary and times may be adjusted depending on issue.

Additional work sessions, workshops, board check-ins, special and emergency meetings will be added as necessary.  Subject, location and times will be published as required by statute.

Approve the Superintendent's recommendation for the Board to to adopt the dates, times, and place for the 2023 School Board meetings.
