| Discussion On April 27, 2021, the School Board approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submitted by Canaveral Construction Co., Inc., for the Eau Gallie High School Central Energy Plant project in an amount not to exceed $405,680.77. The work has been completed . The final project cost is $400,235.70 which includes $373,589.24 contracted costs and $26,646.46 in owner direct purchases.
