| Discussion The sales surtax Independent Citizens Oversight Committee (ICOC) Charter states that members shall serve terms of two (2) years and that a member may serve for more than one consecutive term for multiple terms if approved by the School Board. The ICOC recommends member appointments for School Board consideration. The Charter states that the ICOC should have at least seven members and no more than eleven members. The ICOC currently has eleven members.The terms of Vince Pryce, Kyle Brown, Brenda Burgener and Margaret Goudelock will be expiring later this year or early next year. The ICOC took action at their October 19, 2022 meeting to recommend reappoint of the following members:
