Plant Operations & Maintenance Fuel Tank Replacement - Close Out
On March 26, 2019, the School Board approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submitted by Canaveral Construction Co. Inc, for the Plant Operations & Maintenance Fuel Tank Replacement in an amount not to exceed $396,551.00.
The work has been completed. The final project cost is $373,177.93 which includes $273,575.77 contracted costs and $99,602.16 owner direct purchases. The unused balance is $23,373.07.
Because the cost of construction is over $300,000 the Florida Department of Education requires the Superintendent to sign the Certificate of Final Inspection (OEF-209) following certification by Engineer/Architect of Record and the Building Official.
Authorize the Superintendent to sign FDOE OEF Form 209 - Certificate of Final Inspection for the project.
