| Discussion The Superintendent recommends the following schedule for the Board to conduct meetings in 2021.
Regular School Board meetings will occur on the second and fourth Tuesday in the months of February, March, April, May, June, August and October.
In January, November and December, the Superintendent recommends one meeting each month.
All meetings will be held at the Educational Services Facility in Viera. All meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. with the exception of the June 8, June 22, and July 13, 2021 meetings which will begin at 9:30 a.m.
The Tentative Budget Hearing will be held on Thursday, July 29 and the Final Public Budget Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
The Organizational meeting will be held in November as prescribed by FS 100.04.
Board workshops are tentatively scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on regularly scheduled meeting dates. Subjects will vary. Additional work sessions, Board Check-ins and special meetings will be added as necessary. | ||||||||||||||||||
