Attached are recommendations for the approval of various non-competitive agreements initiated by departments and schools.  Non-competitive agreements are exempt from competition per Florida Statute 287 and Florida Administrative Code 6A-1.012.  Procurement Services reviews the documents and acts as a conduit for submitting the items to the Board.
