| Discussion Rockledge High School's Quarterback Club, forty-five male students accompanied by eight male BPS employees, are requesting approval to travel to Dallas, Texas to participate in the Duncanville Classic Football Game on August 31 to September 3, 2023. Students will depart at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 31st from Rockledge High on a charter bus rented through a BPS approved vendor to Orlando International Airport, then fly via Southwest Airlines to Dallas Love Airport and return on Sunday, September 3rd. A charter bus will be rented for transportation in the Dallas area. Lodging will be at the Holiday Inn in Dallas. Students will miss two school days, Thursday, August 31st and Friday, September 1st. Student cost is $600.00, which includes transportation, lodging, and meals. Expenses are covered by fundraising through the Quarterback Club Boosters and Duncanville High is paying for travel expenses. THERE IS NO COST TO THE DISTRICT. | ||||||||||||||||||
