| Discussion The sales surtax renewal plan includes funding for roof renewal at Johnson Middle School. H.J.High Construction has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in an amount not to exceed $491,160.93 under their continuing contract for construction management services for the project based on a design submitted by A/R/C Associates, Inc. under their continuing contract for roof and building envelope engineering services. Additional administration and permitting costs are estimated at $10,000. Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000.
