| Discussion The City of Cocoa previously agreed to contribute up to $85,000 for rubberizing the track at Cocoa Jr./Sr. High School. The Interlocal Agreement with the City of Cocoa for the track rubberization was approved by the School Board on December 15, 2020. Since that time the School Board considered a proposed capital plan that included rubberizing all high school tracks over a several year period. The Board will formally consider the plan as part of the annual budget adoption. The City of Cocoa has agreed to modify the Interlocal Agreement to allow Cocoa Jr./Sr. High School to broaden the use of funds for other athletic improvements. This is the only change to the Interlocal Agreement.
