The Facilitron web-based facility management software system is on the action agenda for approval tonight. As a result of the procurement process for the Facilitron system the administrative procedure for the use of District facilities (ap7510) was updated. Specific areas of revision include the following:

  1. 20% increase in fees (last time usage fees were increased was 2014)
  2. 50% of the fees will be returned to the school (previously 60%)
  3. 45% of the fees will be returned to the district (previously 35%)
  4. 5% of the fees will be returned to maintenance department (no change from current)

The fee schedule that represents the 20% increase in fees in the administrative procedure is on page 6 of the clean version attached.
