DeLeon from the position of Assistant Principal (10 Month) at Freedom 7 Elementary School effective July 31, 2023. Accept the resignation of Tina M. Isaacs from the position of Assistant Principal (10 month) at Sunrise Elementary School effective June 30, 2023. Accept the resignation of Francis A. O’Leary from the position of Principal at Lewis Carroll Elementary School effective May 15, 2023. Accept the resignation of Marie S. Robinson from the position of Assistant Principal (10 month) at James Madison Middle School effective May 30, 2023. The appointment of Ryan Dufrain for the position of Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, on an annual contract, effective June 5, 2023, with an annual salary of $140,000. The reclassification/transfer of Timothy G. Powers from the position of Assistant Principal (12 month) at Cocoa High School to the position of Interim Principal at Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School, on an annual contract, effective June 1, 2023. Annual salary based on grade 29 of the Nonbargaining Salary Administration Program. Accept the position change of Cheree A. Cochran from the position of Interim Principal, board approved on April 25, 2023, to the position of Principal at Mims Elementary School effective July 1, 2023, due to the issuance of her certification on May 8, 2023. The transfer of Lauren J. Feronti from the position of Assistant Principal (12 month) at Rockledge High School to the position of Assistant Principal (12 month) at Cocoa High School, on annual contract, effective June 1, 2023. Annual salary based on grade 24 of the Nonbargaining Salary Administration Program. The transfer of Kevin N. Rhyne from the position of Assistant Principal (12 month) at Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School to the position of Assistant Principal (12 month) at Rockledge High School, on annual contract, effective June 1, 2023. Annual salary based on grade 24 of the Nonbargaining Salary Administration Program. The transfer of Mark A. Zeiler from the position of Assistant Principal (12 month) at Cocoa High School to the position of Assistant Principal (12 month) at Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School, on annual contract, effective June 1, 2023. Discussion
7. Request for Attorney-Client Session

Mr. Gibbs notified the Board that advice is needed pertaining to case 6:21-cv-02035 and pursuant to Florida Statute and he requested an attorney client session with the Board for the purpose of discussing and evaluating said case. Mr. Gibbs stated that he will ask the Board's Clerk to cause reasonable public notice of the time and date of this attorney client session and names of the persons attending to be published. If the Board approves, he will work with the Board Clerk to coordinate dates for the executive session. The Board was in support of scheduling the executive session.
