Mr. Dominick Eggen is an employee of the District and is employed as a Teacher under a professional services contract.  Mr. Eggen is charged with violation of School Board Policy 3210, and the underlying Florida Rule 6A-10.081, and School Board Policy 7510, as set forth in the Superintendent's letter dated April 28, 2020.

Recommendation

Approve the five-day suspension of Mr. Dominick Eggen to be served May 13, 2020 - May 15, 2020, May 18, 2020 and May 19, 2020.
