| Discussion Ms. Allison Enright is an employee of the District and is employed as a Teacher under an Annual Contract. Ms. Enright is charged with violation School Board Policy 3124: Drug Free Workplace and State board Rule 6A-10.081: Principles of Professional Conduct for the Education Profession in Florida as set forth in the Superintendent's letters dated February 8, and March 1, 2021. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Recommendation Approve the termination of Ms. Allison Enright to be effective March 24, 2021. Ms. Enright has made a timely request for a hearing with the School Board. As such, authorize the School Board Attorney to schedule a hearing for further proceedings with the School Board.
