| Discussion Each year the Superintendent must submit and the School Board act on the nominations for reappointment of support personnel for the following year. These reappointments include the support staff and school safety and security specialists, by school and department, being reappointed effective July 1, 2020. Board action on the reappointment of support staff and school safety and security specialists meets the legal requirements associated with unemployment compensation. The Local 1010 Agreement establishes conditions for notice of lay-off and termination. | ||||||||||||||||||
