The purpose of the proposed revisions to the policy is to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, Florida State Board of Education Rules, Board policies, administrative rules, procedures, and guidelines. In addition, the proposed revisions promote transparency and accountability.
Request that Policy 3315 be deleted and replaced with Policy 8510.

• This policy is being deleted and replaced with Policy 8510 to clarify the procedures regarding Wellness, and other changes in compliance with applicable Florida law.
• These proposed revisions encompass the suggested language from NEOLA.

Board Policy 3315 Student and Staff Wellness will appear before the School Board on the dates indicated below:
