Division Reorganizational Plans (part 2-files)
In an effort to better align staffing plans to organizational needs, the staffing plans and job descriptions in the following divisions have been reviewed and updated:
These changes include standardizing the pay grades of all director positions to pay grade NB29 (current pay grades range from NB26-NB29). Additional changes include conversion of specific positions to areas of greater responsibility, and equalization of salaries with comparable current positions. In addition, these changes ensure that job qualifications, level of responsibility, and salary level are consistent with other positions of a similar nature in the district. These plans do not negatively affect any current employee and will provide for increased services, defined career progression, and greater supervisory oversight.
Please see attached Job Descriptions and Authorization forms for changes.
Approve the reorganization of the above divisions with changes effective on July 1, 2021.
