Job Descriptions (3): Manager - Employment; Manager - Human Resources Services and Project Management; Manager - Compensation and Position Control
The Division of Human Resources Services has undertaken a reorganization in order to meet the changing responsibilities of the division. The position of Senior HR Generalist, non-bargaining paygrade 22, has been deleted and the position of Manager – Compensation and Position Control, non-bargaining paygrade 24, has been created. Assuming the midpoint of both salary grades the additional cost is $5,772. The addition of the Manager – Compensation and Position Control position along with the revisions to the job descriptions of the existing Manager – Employment and Manager – Human Resources Services will allow the division of Human Resources to function more effectively and efficiently and to meet the needs of staff and schools more expediently.
Recommend approval of the submitted job description as requested/submitted by Beth Thedy, Ed.D., Deputy Superintendent/Chief Human Resources Officer.
