District School Security (GMP #6 Cluster C Camera Package 2) - Close Out
On July 30, 2020, the School Board approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submitted by Wharton Smith, Inc., for the District School Security camera installation project (package #2) in an amount not to exceed $755,500.00.
The work has been completed. The final project cost is $755,500.00 which includes $708,196.26 contracted costs and $47,303.74 in owner direct purchases.
Because the cost of construction is over $300,000 the Florida Department of Education requires the Superintendent to sign the Certificate of Final Inspection (OEF-209) following certification by Engineer/Architect of Record and the Building Official.
Authorize the Superintendent to sign FDOE OEF Form 209 - Certificate of Final Inspection for the project.
