The 2022 Board Meeting calendar was approved at the Organizational Meeting held on November 16, 2021.  An amendment was made on December 14, 2021 as the November Leasing Corporation Meeting was inadvertently listed as November 15, 2022 when the actual meeting was to take place on the same date as the Organizational Meeting held on November 22, 2022.  An additional amendment was made on June 14, 2022 to cancel the August 23, 2022 Board Meeting as it is Brevard’s primary election date and to allow public participation in the election process without distraction.

The November 22, 2022 Organization of the Board and Board Meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. and the time certain Leasing Corporation Meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.   As this is a date that falls over a district-wide holiday due to Thanksgiving Break, it is recommended to move the start time of the Organization of the Board and Board Meeting to 9:00 a.m. and the Leasing Corporation Meeting to 9:30 a.m. in order to minimize the impact on employees who are required to be present and run the meeting.
