Superintendent Evaluation - 2021-22 - FINAL SIGNED COPY.pdf

As there was a conflict on the allotted second date (August 2, 2022) to finalize/present the Superintendent's evaluation, Ms. Belford explained to the Board that if time allowed to complete the process in one day, that Dr. Mullins would be called in for final review of his evaluation.

Board Members provided individual rankings and comments for Superintendent Mark Mullins' evaluation.  During the work session, Board Members reviewed the rankings, had discussion and came to consensus on comments for the standards. The Board identified  areas of strength in Dr. Mullins' performance as well as areas they would like to see growth. The Board discussed Dr. Mullins' performance based goals determined during his last evaluation cycle as well as ones for the 2022-2023 school year.

As time permitted on this date, a clean and final draft of the evaluation tool was presented to Dr. Mullins and the secondary meeting on August 2nd was cancelled.
