Holland Elementary School - Award of Bid
Consent w/o Information - 07/13/2021
The facility renewal project at Holland Elementary School was done in summer 2019. The project did not utilize all of the funds budgeted in the 2014 surtax program.
The exterior doors and storefront windows are in severe disrepair and need to be replaced. This is an eligible expenditure for the 2014 sales surtax. The project was bid among the District's seven general contractors. Four bids were received. The low bidder was Doug Wilson Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $196,756.
Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000. The standard form of the agreement was used which does not require legal review.
Award the bid for the Holland Elementary School exterior door and storefront window replacement project to Doug Wilson Enterprises, Inc. in the amount of $196,756.
