| Discussion The 2020 sales surtax plan includes electrical renewal at Southwest Middle School in year 3. OCI Associates, Inc. has submitted a design services proposal in an amount not to exceed $119,130 under their continuing contract for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services. Administration and permitting expenses are estimated at $12,000. Board approval of purchase orders over $50,000 is required.
