The below changes are recommended on an interim basis, through May 31, 2023 with an option to continue through June 30, 2023 if necessary.  These plans represent salary savings to the district and do not negatively affect any current employee.  In addition, they will provide increased services and greater supervisory oversight.

Recommendation

Approve the listed recommendations for interim reorganization plan and staff:

  • The reclassification of Karyle M. Green to include the position of Interim CHRO effective January 25, 2023.  Annual salary of $125,080 to be prorated based on days served.
  • The reclassification of Russell Bruhn to include the position of Interim Chief of Staff effective January 25, 2023.  Annual salary of $130,000 to be prorated based on days served.
  • The appointment of Tracy Webley to the position of Interim Asst. Supt. Student Services, effective January 25, 2023 with an annual salary of $135,000 to be prorated based on days served.
  • Approve the attached contractual agreement and appointment of Anna-Marie Cote to the position of Interim Deputy Superintendent, effective January 25, 2023 with an annual salary of $150,000 to be prorated based on days served.
