Chair Ms. Wright called the meeting to order at 2 p.m.  Ms. Wright informed the Board and audience that there would be a end time for today's meeting at 4:30 pm to allow the Board members the opportunity to get ready for the Board Meeting.

4. Long Term Facility Planning Update

Ms. Hann introduced the representatives from WXY: 

 

WXY architecture + urban design has concluded their initial phase and presented their summary of findings. The workshop presentation included some staff recommendations for follow up projects and/or processes.

*Utilization and Enrollment

*Financing Approaches

 

Recommended Focus Areas

* Gardendale and ESE facility planning

* Strengthen Cross-Functional approach to facility planning

The Board members were given the opportunity to ask questions, make comments, and give recommendations.

 

 

 

5. Discipline Update Presentation - 2nd Quarter
