| Discussion The sales surtax facility renewal project at Riverview is scheduled for summer 2020. Heard Construction, Inc. has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in an amount not to exceed $475,638.69 under their continuing contract for construction management services. The design was prepared by Construction Engineering Group under their continuing contract for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP) engineering services. Administration and permitting costs are estimated at $8,000. The scope of the project is primarily HVAC renewal. Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000.
