Discussion The Melbourne High School Crew Team, approximately 32 students accompanied by one female BPS employee and approximately seven registered volunteers (two male/five female), are requesting approval to travel to Gainesville, Georgia to compete in the annual John Hunter Regatta on March 20-22, 2019. The group plans to depart from Melbourne High School on a charter bus rented from BPS approved vendor, BTM Transportation, on Friday, March 20th at 3:00 a.m. and return on Sunday, March 22nd. No school time will be missed since this is during spring break. Lodging will be provided at the Hilton Garden Inn in Gainesville, GA. Student cost is approximately $350. Students are responsible for the cost. THERE WILL BE NO COST TO THE DISTRICT. Trip information with an itinerary is attached. | ||||||||||||||||||
