| Discussion This policy is being revised to clarify the definition of service animal, clarify that service animals can be removed if their behavior poses a direct threat to the health and safety of others, and specify that trainers of service animals are liable for damages, and other changes in compliance with applicable state and federal law. These proposed revisions encompass the suggested language from NEOLA.
