Discussion On December 17, 2019, the School Board approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submitted by Wharton-Smith, Inc., for the District School Security Camera project in an amount not to exceed $1,437,303.00. The work has been completed and audited. The final project cost is $1,434,157.34, which includes $1,434,157.34 contracted costs. The unused balance is $3,145.66. Because the cost of construction is over $300,000 the Florida Department of Education requires the Superintendent to sign the Certificate of Final Inspection (OEF-209) following certification by Engineer/Architect of Record and the Building Official. | ||||||||||||||||||
