| Discussion The FY 2022-2023 capital program includes funding for the development of an aquaculture CTE program at Cocoa Beach Jr./Sr. High School . BRPH facilitated stakeholder collaboration to develop the Design Criteria Package (DCP) under their continuing contract for architectural services. Canaveral Construction, Co., Inc. has submitted a preconstruction services proposal in an amount not to exceed $113,453.98 under their continuing contract for design build services based on the DCP. A copy of the DCP, that explains the program-related facility needs in more detail, is attached. Preconstruction services include design, subcontractor bidding and preparation of the Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal. Administration and permitting costs are estimated at $10,000. Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000. The standard form of the agreement has been used which does not require legal review. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
