| Discussion The sales surtax renewal plan includes roof renewal and Riviera Elementary School. Gale Associates, Inc. has submitted a proposal for design services in the amount of $49,920 under their continuing contract for roofing and building envelope services. Administration and permitting services are estimated at $5,000. The standard form of the agreement has been used which does not require legal review. Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000. Board approval is requested for this proposal because any minor reimbursable expenses will result in the total contract exceeding the threshold.
