Discussion After three sessions of bargaining, a tentative agreement was reached for the Agreement between the School Board of Brevard County (District) and the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades Local 1010 on a contract covering SY2021-2022. This tentative agreement was ratified by the IUPAT Local 1010 bargaining unit through a vote held February 17 and 19, 2022. Along with language modifications covering items such as an increase to parental leave, support staff covering classes and several items of language updates, a one-time $1650 payment for benefits-eligible 1010 employees (1/2 share for non-benefits eligible employees) and a one-time $1100 longevity payment for benefits-eligible employees with more than 11 years of service to Brevard Public Schools (1/2 share for non-benefits eligible employees) were provided. | ||||||||||||||||||
