The sales surtax renewal plan includes funding for electrical renewal at Turner Elementary School. 

Ivey's Construction, Inc. has submitted a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in an amount not to exceed $380,430 under their continuing contract for construction management services for the project based on a design submitted by OCI Consulting Engineers under their continuing contract for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services.  An early works GMP was administratively approved in the amount of $37,397 in order to avoid material escalation costs. Additional administration and permitting costs are budgeted at $5,000. 

Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000. The standard agreement template has been used which does not require legal review. 

Approve the total project construction budget in the amount of $422,827 for the electrical renewal at Turner Elementary School. 

Approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submitted by Ivey's Construction, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $380,430 under their continuing contract for construction management services for the electrical renewal at Turner Elementary School.
