| Discussion The purpose of the proposed revisions to the policy is to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, Florida State Board of Education Rules, Board policies, administrative rules, procedures, and guidelines. In addition, the proposed revisions promote transparency and accountability. This charter school policy has been amended to include new language from NEOLA revised in 2022 to reflect statutory language, including removal of language regarding charter closure and addition of the language regarding Charter School Review Commission, deadlines related to new charter school applications. Older version did not include any NEOLA language. | ||||||||||||||||||
