The purpose of the new job description is to streamline the processes of Human Resources division. Due to the nature of the services provided by Human Resources and the need for position functions to adapt with the changing environment, the position of Director - Compensation was deleted and downgraded to Manager-Human Resources. The functions of this position will encompass compensation as well as human resources processes and procedures, and will improve and streamline services to 9000 employees and over 100 school and department sites.

Recommend for approval of the submitted job description as requested/submitted by Beth Thedy, Ed.D., Deputy Superintendent/Chief Human Resources Officer.
