| Discussion Florida Statute 1002.33, dictates that terms and conditions for the operation of a charter school shall be set forth by the Sponsor and the applicant in a written contractual agreement, called a charter. The Florida High School for Accelerated Learning-Brevard County application was approved on May 11, 2021. The charter school is scheduled to open during the 2022-2023 school year; however, the contract will automatically be rescinded with no notice or further action required of the Sponsor if Florida High School for Accelerated Learning-Brevard County fails to open the 2025-2026 school year. | ||||||||||||||||||
