| Discussion The Florida Legislature approved an appropriation of $3.8 million for the Brevard Adult and Community Education Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Training Facility at Clearlake. TLC Engineering Solutions has submitted a proposal for design under their continuing contract for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services in an amount not to exceed $129,210. The proposal includes architectural and civil subconsultants. The design and administrative costs are funded through Adult & Community Education reserves. Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000. The standard form of the agreement has been used which does not require legal review.
