| Discussion On July 14, 2020, the School Board approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submitted by Wharton-Smith, Inc., for the Creel Elementary School Building Code Facility Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $397,728.00. The work has been completed. The final project cost is $385,698.15 which includes $385,698.15 contracted costs. The unused balance is $12,029.85. Because the cost of construction is over $300,000 the Florida Department of Education requires the Superintendent to sign the Certificate of Final Inspection (OEF-209) following certification by Engineer/Architect of Record and the Building Official. | ||||||||||||||||||
