| Discussion The renovation of the Rockledge High School cafeteria included the addition of a fire sprinkler system with a new fire line connected directly to the public water system. The City of Cocoa is the water utility in this area. The City of Cocoa is requesting an easement and bill of sale conveying the public portion of the water line to the City of Cocoa. This is normal and customary business practice for new utility connections. The easement is approximately 10 feet wide and extends approximately 65 feet from Rockledge Avenue north on to the Rockledge High School site. | ||||||||||||||||||
