| Discussion The intent of the Enhanced Instructional Opportunities for Recently Arrived Immigrant Children and Youth Grant is to provide enhanced instructional opportunities for immigrant children and youth by family literacy activities, recruitment of and support for personnel, and acquisition of curriculum materials. Funds shall be used to supplement, not supplant, the structures, systems and programs of the Immigrant Children and Youth. | ||||||||||||||||||
