| Discussion The intent of the Title III Part A, English Language Acquisition Grant is to improve the education of English Language Learner by helping them learn English and meet challenging state academic content and student academic achievement standards. Funds shall be used to supplement, not supplant, the structures, systems and programs of the English Language Learner. The primary initiatives of the Title III Part A, English Language Acquisition Grant, is to help our ELL students in the mastery of the various content areas and state standards. | ||||||||||||||||||
