| Discussion The new Viera area elementary school included the construction of a new water line and associated infrastructure. As a result, the school district is adding a new water line service and turning over the water line infrastructure to the City of Cocoa. The City of Cocoa requests a Water Line and Ingress/Egress Easement across the School Board property in order to access the water line and for the construction, installation, repair, replacement, operation, connection to, disconnection from and maintenance of the water line facilities. Additionally, the City of Cocoa requests a Bill of Sale detailing that we are turning over the water lines, water mains, and appurtenances located in the utility easements in an "as is" condition. This water line easement and bill of sale have been reviewed by the school board attorney. | ||||||||||||||||||
| Recommendation Approve the requested Water Line and Ingress/Egress Easement along with a Bill of Sale to the City of Cocoa at the new Viera area elementary school and authorize the Superintendent or designee to execute the documents. | ||||||||||||||||||
