Roy Allen Elementary School Ice Tank Facility Renewal
Consent w/o Information - 04/28/2020
On November 20,2018, the School Board approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submitted by Heard Construction, Inc., for Roy Allen Elementary ice tank facility renewal project in the amount not to exceed $684,985.11.
The work has been completed and audited. The final project cost is $664,056.20 which includes $400,419.00 contracted costs and $263,637.20 owner direct purchases. The unused balance is $20,928.91.
Because the cost of construction is over $300,000.00 the Florida Department of Education require the Superintendent to sign the Certificate of Final Inspection (OEF-209) following certification by Engineer/Architect of Record and the Building Official.
NOTE: THE FORM IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING SIGNED, BUT MUST BE MAILED TO ALL OF THE PARTIES FOR ORIGINAL SIGNATURES AND SEAL.
Authorize the Superintendent to sign FDOE OEF Form 209 - Certificate of Final Inspection for the project.
