| Discussion During the Board Workshop on March 10, 2020, the Assistant Superintendent of the Division of Equity, Innovation and Choice presented data regarding the financial status of our Brevard After School Program. Historical information, current data regarding BAS participation and a three year financial projection indicates that this program is not sustainable with the current fee structure. It is proposed to increase the fees by 5% (see attached fee structure) for school year 2020-2021. Comparatively the BAS program is still one of the least costly programs in the county; even with the proposed fee increase it will remain a very cost effective option for families. | ||||||||||||||||||
