| Discussion On August 9, 2022, the School Board approved the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) submitted by Ivey's Construction, Inc., for the Melbourne High School Softball Field Renovation project in an amount not to exceed $459,265.00. The work has been completed. The final project cost is $458,680.29 in contracted costs. The unused balance is $584.71 Because the cost of construction is over $300,000 the Florida Department of Education requires the Superintendent to sign the Certificate of Final Inspection (OEF-209) following certification by Engineer/Architect of Record and the Building Official. | ||||||||||||||||||
