| Discussion The roof is failing at Madison Middle School.PBA Design Group has submited a proposal for design in the amount of $183,855 under their continuing contract for roof and building envelope design services. Administration and permitting costs are estimated at $7,000. Although not currently included in the 2020 sales surtax plan, the Independent Citizens Oversight Comittee (ICOC) will consider allocating up to $200,000 for the design project at its April 19, 2023 meeting. If necessary, capital is also available to fund the design. Board approval is required for purchase orders over $50,000. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
