| Discussion Palm Bay Magnet High School's MCJROTC, thirty students accompanied by two male BPS employees and one female registered volunteer, are requesting approval to travel to Parris Island, South Carolina for an orientation visit to the Marine Corps Recruit Depot on June 21-23, 2023. Students will participate in the obstacle and confidence courses and other base facilities. Cadets will observe Morning Colors, Graduation from Basic Training, and tour the facilities at MCRD Parris Island. The group will depart from Palm Bay Magnet High School via charter bus on Wednesday, June 21st and return on Friday, June 23rd. Lodging will be at the Marine Corps Recruit Barracks. All costs will be funded by U.S. Marine Corps. THERE IS NO COST TO THE DISTRICT. | ||||||||||||||||||
